All too often the news is full of stories of shady dealing in China, so it was refreshing to learn that honesty can still be found and that it is appreciated. A 17 year old student accidentally scratched the side of a car and damaged a wing mirror. Instead of disappearing at a rate of knots, he chose to write a letter of apology and enclosed all the loose change he had. When the driver returned to discover the damage he called the police.
